Mammography is safe also for women who have undergone breast reconstruction.<\/strong>  The modern digital mammography machines we have at our workplaces have special program<\/strong> for breast screening with implants.<\/p>\n

There is no need to worry about breast compression during the examination, our radiology assistants use a special screening technique that minimises pressure on the implant<\/strong> and displays the mammary gland so that the image can be read (evaluated) correctly.<\/p>\n

In the pre-exam mammogram intake questionnaire, you will select a type of operation<\/strong>you have undergone. This information is very important for the course of the examination and the evaluation of the images by the doctor.<\/p>\n

Along with the examination results, you will receive personalized recommendations regarding which preventive examinations and their frequency are most suitable for you, considering the type of surgery, your personal and family medical history, and breast type.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
